Currently at Hatfield University, Novo gained the respect and support of his peers in 2009 when he released a mix-tape entitled “The Janitor” to showcase his skills and rapidly attracted the attention of online radio sites, blogs and labels across the UK, US and Nigeria.
Since his first appearance in the music scene Novo has already worked and performed alongside very successful and established acts from the UK, US and Nigeria; some of which will be featuring on his Album scheduled for release in the UK this coming summer (2011). Novo is currently working on his brand new debut album " On The Horizon " which will feature some major guest appearances. He is signed to Giant Music World who joined forces with International Media Rights (who also represent Michelle Williams, Aaliyah, Timbaland, Boyz II Men, Ashanti, etc). Only a few years in the music biz and Novo has already worked and performed alongside producer Barry Bee of UEG Music (who discovered Leona Lewis and Sugababes), RawkNait, J A Smith (Vigorous Productions) L.A producer G. Cue & Cody Powell Sheridan, RV, Akon, Busta Rhyme and Tinchy Stryder. He is also due to feature on Michelle Williams (of Destiny’s Child) forthcoming UK promotional tour.
