Over the past years we've come to see Nollywood stars like Omotola, Genevieve, Patience Ozokwor, Nkem Owoh, Jim Iyke and so many others dive into music at some point in their career. Some of which actually showed talents while others were outright flops.
That said, it was no news that Actress Shan George has another album out but the question was, what does she sound like? Well watch the video of 'Ababa ft Sunny Neji', a single off her previous effort.

D. Kross is a fast growing Nigerian artiste based in Malaysia. The Edo State born singer has been in the music game for quite a while now, but shot into limelight through his first single, 'Tamilorobo'. Ojay feat. 2face - Luv You More (Remix)

Here is the video of Luv you more by Ojay featuring 2baba himself. Little was known of Ojay until he voiced on the chorus of 2face's smash single 'Only me'.
'Luv you more' is the first official video the dude is dropping and from all angles, it looks like the dude is ready for the big league. As usual 2baba sentenced the joint with what we have come 2 know him for.

Don Jazzy, PSquare, Genevieve Nnaji, Nneka leads a list of 10 Nigerians nominated as contenders for TFA (The Future Award) Young Person of the Year.

The Central Working Committee for Nigeria’s most respected youth event, The Future Awards, has decided to unveil the long list for the biggest award, Young Person of the Year, one week before schedule!

“We are very excited by what we have come up with this year – so excited that we have 10 names on the list this rather than the usual 8,” says Shade Ladipo, a member of the committee. “And we thought we should share that excitement!”

All the nominees for Young Person of the Year have been taken out of the various categories as always and identified as trailblazing role models for young Nigerians,” Ladipo said. “They are all winners, and so they will all be given plaques like last year. Also, they will not go through the 4 stages of judging for the awards, only one stage for voting and one stage for judging since all of them are finalists and will be so recognized at the awards.
“They have all been contacted and we are incredibly proud of them. You will be inspired.” .....

Kebsu Dawson popularly known by friends and fans as Kebsu is back in your ears again, dude murdered the first verse of 'Blackberry Crase' by Britella that was posted earlier. 

The Iko Music recording artiste based in Malaysia takes his tune and style across the continent of Africa as he combines languages on his new joint 'African Lady'.

The second joint 'Life na Wisdom' featuring his label-mate Britella and Micah, is a more conscious joint, one that you wanna be sitting alone in a cool evening and assimilate.

Here is rapper Beazy, the brain behind the Beazy Music Monday where he has promised to drop a song every monday and so far he hasn't disappointed. He made M.I's top10 Nigerian rappers list and he rhymes with almost everything.

Earlier in the year he dropped 'Bad Guy ft Shank and Chykay' off his 'Be Me' album. We hear he's got a mixtape called AFFIDAVIT.

D'banj Performs Alongside Femi Kuti @ Felabration 2010

He is not that much of a dancer but whenever Dapo Daniel Oyebanjo (D'banj) steps on stage, his craft is electric. Felabration is an annual event where musicians come together to pay homage to the great Baba 70, Fela Anikulapo Kuti. This year's event was not different as over 100 artistes performed in 6 days. The much talked about MI2 album (sorry movie) is now in stores. Incredible piece of work I must say by Mr Incredible himself, but it is almost impossible to completely go through such a project without stepping on few toes. As promised, MI2 premiered on the 25th of Nov. 2010 and also as promised, it was breathe taking. All artist featured on the album performed live apart from 2face Idibia.
