A project of this kind has been long overdue- a rapper dropping a mixtape or an album based on Fela's samples. Well the kid Kahli Abdu is the first among Nigerian rappers to do this and the result is way better than nice. The samples are intelligent, leaving room for Kahli to express himself without Fela unnecessarily looming large on the mixtape. 'Nuff said Ministry of Corruption is dope.
